Ansteel Lianzhong's self-developed process just-in-time system for short-process stainless steel production has delivered significant results since its launch in April 2025. The technology shortened the casting production cycle by 25.8 minutes and improved overall production efficiency by 5.13%.
The system features five core frameworks, including production cycles, intelligent scheduling, process control, peak-load power management, and performance evaluation. Through these frameworks, the plant addresses long-standing challenges such as equipment idling and unstable production rhythms.
By utilizing a dynamic scheduling model, the factory now manages raw material fluctuations and diverse process routes with greater precision. This digital transformation reduces resource consumption and operational costs, providing a scalable model for the industry to handle small-batch, multi-variety orders while maintaining green development standards.
