Brazil has decided to extend the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty on Ukraine’s carbon steel seamless pipes for another five years.

These steel pipes are used for oil and gas pipelines, with a diameter not exceeding five nominal inches (141.3 mm), under HS code 7304.1900.

The initial investigation was launched on February 17, 2014.based on a complaint filed by Vallourec Tubos do Brasil S.A. on January 31, 2014.

Therefore, Interpipe Niko Tube LLC and PJSC Interpipe NTRP were still subject to a duty rate of US$145.26/ton, and all other producers or exporters had a rate of US$708.6/ton.
