Brazil makes first AD sunset review final ruling on seamless carbon steel pipes from Ukraine

On September 22, 2020, Brazil's Camex Management Executive Committee (Gecex) made the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review final ruling on seamless carbon steel pipes from Ukraine, continuing to impose a five-year AD duty on involved products.

The tax rate for Interpipe Niko Tube LLC and Interpipe NTRP was set at US$145.26/ton, and US$708.60/ton for other Ukrainian companies.

The product involved is seamless carbon steel pipes for oil and natural gas pipelines with outside diameter less than or equal to 141.3 mm which are under Mercosur tax code 7304.19.00.
