China’s iron ore price index rises on May 7

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 728.92 points on May 7, which was up by 4.03% or 28.25 points compared with the previous CIOPI on May 6.

The domestic iron ore price index was 530.67 points, rising by 0.82% or 4.31 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 766.40 points, increasing by 4.47% or 32.78 points from the previous one.
