Visionary Manufacturing Solutions (VMS) has been founded in Rochester, Mich., by Coe to serve the metal forming industry in Michigan and Canada. It represents companies that offer press automation, coil processing equipment, cut-to-length lines, stamping presses, roll forming equipment, pipe and tube mills, machine componentry, controls, and electrical services.
Coe most recently served as CEO at Coe Press Equipment, established by his father John C. Coe. The new company represents equipment from Bilsing Automation, HMS Products, Yates Cylinders, and Kent Corp.
