Eurasian Economic Commission extends AD duty on stainless steel utensils and cutlery from China

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEC) decided on May 18th, 2020, to extend the current anti-dumping (AD) duty rate of 15.41%-27.16% on imported utensils and cutlery of stainless steel from China to January 15th, 2021. The order will take effect after 30 days from the date of the announcement but no earlier than June 19th, 2020.

The Internal Market Defense of the EAEC launched the first AD sunset review investigation on these products from China on January 16th, 2020.

The products involved were under HS codes 821191000, 8215991000 and 8215201000.
