IAI: Global primary aluminum production slides in Apr

According to statistics released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global primary aluminum production totaled around 5.26 million tons in April, sliding from the amended 5.46 million tons in the previous month.
Separately, the primary aluminum output in China decreased to 2.98 million tons in April, compared to the amended 3.095 million tons in March.
