India decides to extend AD duties on cold-rolled stainless steel from 6 countries & EU

According to the announcement from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) of India, at the request of producers, India has decided to extend the anti-dumping (AD) duties on cold-rolled stainless steel sheets from China, Taiwan, South Korea, the EU, South Africa, Thailand, and the US, until January 31, 2021.

The Indian customs codes of the products involved in this case are 7219.31, 7219.32, 7219.33, 7219.34, 7219.35, and 7219.90.

The AD duties are as follows: 57.39% for China, 15.93% for Taiwan, 5.39%-13.44% for South Korea, 29.41%-52.56% for the EU, 12.34%-36.91% for South Africa, 4.58-5.39% for Thailand, and 9.47% for the US.
