Lebanon imposes AD duty on aluminum products imported from 4 countries

The official bulletin of the Lebanese government recently released the final decision of the Ministry of Economy and Trade on the anti-dumping (AD) investigation of aluminum products.

According to the decision, Lebanon’s government imposed a three-year anti-dumping duty on related aluminum products origin from China, UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

The AD tariffs for China would be 28% for the first year, 25% for the second year, and 20% for the third year.

Those products involved in this case were under the HS code of 7604.10.90, 7604.21.00, 7604.29.90, 7610.90.90.
