Novelis announces commitment to becoming company with carbon neutrality by 2050

Novelis Inc., a Georgia-based industrial aluminum company, announced on April 6 that the company will fulfill its promise to reduce its carbon footprint by 30% by 2026 and become a net carbon-neutral company by 2050.
Besides, by 2026, Novelis also committed to reducing the waste to landfills by 20%, decreasing energy intensity by 10%, and cutting water consumption by 10%.
