Public consultation opens for Fujian Bangte’s stainless steel pipe expansion project

China’s Fujian Bangte Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has initiated a public consultation phase for its production line upgrade project in Yacheng Town, Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province.
The project, with a total investment of CNY 4.8 million, is to improve production capacity and environmental standards by upgrading existing facilities and adding two new cold rolling mills, increasing annual seamless stainless steel pipe production by 400 tons. The construction will last three months.
Fuzhou Zhongchuang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is conducting the environmental impact assessment. Public feedback is welcomed from May 13 to 19, 2025, to ensure environmental considerations are fully addressed in this expansion.
