Taiwan’s Chung Hung expected to hike prices for Nov

Chung Hung Steel Corporation (CHSC), a Taiwan-based carbon steel producer under China Steel Corporation (CSC), was estimated to increase its prices for November, following the price adjustment by CSC.

CSC has hiked its hot-rolled steel prices by NT$1,000-1,200/ton this Tuesday (October 13), and CHSC was expected to increase its price by NT$1,000/ton for November, making its new prices reach NT$17,800-18,000/ton.
