According to a report, the production of Turkish automobile dropped sharply in April due to the temporary suspension of work by major Turkish car manufacturers.

After the COVID-19 epidemic broke out, most of the Turkish major automobile manufacturers stopped production, as well as the related procurement, sales, and delivery.

Nevertheless, within the scope of the Turkish government's normalization plan, most producers restarted production on May 11th.

However, because COVID-19 continued to erupt and affect working conditions, it was expected that the capacity utilization rate of domestic steel mills will gradually increase.
