US’ Ball Corp. to build aluminum can plant in Pennsylvania

It was reported that Ball Corp. has planned to build a new aluminum can plant in Pittston, Pennsylvania, and the initial investment exceeded US$300 million.

The aluminum can plant was scheduled to start production in mid-2021. It was expected that 230 job vacancies will be created.

The plan was to fulfill the increasing requirement of aluminum cans for beer, wine, water, and other canned drinks.
