The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) decides to maintain the anti-dumping (AD) duties on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from South Korea after an administrative review from February 1st, 2018 to January 31st, 2019.

The weighted-average dumping margin set for South Korean producers and exporters ranged from 2.26%-2.49% depending on companies.

The duty rates were much lower than 5.68% to 10.92% of the preliminary review due to the comments received by the USDOC during the period of the preliminary review.
