On March 2, 2021, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) made the affirmative final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) on common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and Turkey, and it meanwhile made an affirmative final ruling of countervailing duty (CVD) on the same products from Bahrain, India, and Turkey.

Besides, the negative rulings of AD investigation on Greece and South Korea and CVD on Brazil were also made at the same time.

Among them, the dumping rate for Taiwan exporters and producers was set at 17.50%, lower than the 18.02% primarily set last October. Germany’s Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products GmbH was assigned the highest dumping rate of 242.80%.
