US’ nickel imports slide, exports rise in Sep

According to the latest statistics released by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the US imported around 7.1 million kilograms of nickel in September, sliding by 15.9% compared to the previous month.

In terms of exports, the volume reached roughly 243,000 kilograms, up by 50.8% month on month.

In the first nine months of this year, the US’ nickel imports were around 66.1 million kilograms, and exports amounted to approximately 175,000 tons.
