US postpones preliminary LTFV determination on wire mesh from Mexico

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) postponed the preliminary determination of the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation on standard steel welded wire mesh (wire mesh) from Mexico due to a timely request submitted by the petitioners on November 2, 2020, stating that the postponement will let the USDOC to clarify its initial responses to Aceromex, S.A. de C.V. (Aceromex) and to accurately determine the dumping margin occurred during the period of investigation.

The USDOC will postpone the deadline for the preliminary determination by 50 days, and the preliminary ruling will be announced no later than January 26, 2021.
