Last year on October 21, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam issued Decision 3162/QD-BCT as a result of the final review of the application of anti-dumping (AD) measures for steel products imported from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan.

Recently, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) issued a notice of a request to review once again for AD measures for cold-rolled stainless steel products imported from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan.

It was up to the investigation that the TRAV will choose to continue applying AD measures according to current regulations or terminate the application of measures.
