Macquarie, a global financial services group, gave its specific price forecast of metals for 2024.
Among them, aluminum prices for 2024 were forecasted to be US$2,390/ton, copper price was expected to be US$9,184/ton for the remainder of this year, gold prices will be approximately US$2,339/oz for this year, and silver prices will average at US$27.87/oz.
Besides, Macquarie cut its price forecasts for Brent crude oil to US$80/ barrel from US$82/ barrel, and WTI crude oil’s price was expected to fall to US$75/ barrel from US$77/ barrel for 2024.
