ASX to open flat, Wall St falls on oil, inflation worry

Australian shares are poised to open flat as oil and iron ore slumped amid heightening concerns about the global economic outlook. Wall Street turned decisively negative as the session progressed.

The RBNZ is poised to lift its key rate later today. The latest US CPI data is scheduled to be released at 10.30pm AEST.
