Ball Corporation, a provider of metal packaging in the US, is considering the closure of its beverage packaging plant in Wallkill, New York. The news has been informed to employees and the relevant union.

Ball said that there are restrictions on the plant’s expansion and upgrade due to space, land, and equipment, so it is considering shifting the production to other facilities.
