Brazil's Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) announced an extension of the current anti-dumping (AD) measures on grade 304 cold-rolled stainless steel sheets from Indonesia by another five years from December 1, due to sufficient evidence proving that the domestic industry was injured by the subject goods.

As a result of this ruling, imports of Indonesia’s grade 304 cold-rolled stainless steel sheets will continue to be subject to an AD duty rate of 18.79%.

The products are cold-rolled stainless steel sheets in a thickness from 0.35mm to 4.75mm, of grade 304, 304L, and 304H, classified under HS codes 7219.32.00, 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00, and 7220.20.90.
