Canada initiates expiry review investigation on stainless steel sinks from China

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an expiry review investigation on stainless steel sinks originating in or exported from China. The CBSA will make a determination no later than April 27, 2023.

The subject goods definition is Stainless steel sinks with a single drawn bowl having a volume between 1,600 and 5,000 cubic inches or with multiple drawn bowls having a combined volume between 2,200 and 6,800 cubic inches, excluding sinks fabricated by hand, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

The products involved are under HS codes 7324.10.00.10 and 7324.10.00.90.
