China's CAYI Group to establish subsidiary in Singapore

CAYI Group, one of the stainless steel vacuum flasks and other related product manufacturers in China, plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore.

This new company would be named Cayi holding private limited (Cayi). This subsidiary in Singapore would be used as the group's overseas trade and investment holding platform.

The company will take advantage of Singapore in international finance and trade and further strengthen its international business. In this way, CAYI Group's core competitiveness would be greatly improved, and the company's internationalization process would be greatly accelerated.
