China’s Huaqing Aluminum preparing for bauxite production

Xiaoyi Huaqing Aluminum Co., Ltd., a bauxite and alumina producer in China, is currently preparing for the bauxite production and planning to start to mine in mid-June.

The output in July was scheduled at around 100,000 tons, and the future monthly output will gradually increase to approximately 200,000 tons.

Huaqing Aluminum is currently operating a mine, with an estimated reserve of roughly 40 million tons and a designed annual production capacity of 4 million tons.

The firm targeted to produce 1 million tons of bauxite this year, and the main product will be AL2O3 70% min high-grade bauxite, selling to the refractories industry.
