China’s iron ore price downs on Aug 12

The domestic iron ore price index was 563.03 points, falling by 0.79% or 4.51 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 601.91 points, decreasing by 1.22% or 7.46 points from the previous one.
According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 595.73 points on August 12, which was down by 1.16% or 6.99 points compared with the previous CIOPI on August 11.
