According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) of China, the country’s primary aluminum output totaled 3.08 million tons in September this year, falling by 2.1% compared to the same month a year ago.

In the first nine months of this year, China’s primary aluminum output amounted to roughly 29.2 million tons, a year-on-year growth of 7.2%.
