China’s social stocks of 5 major steel products in week ending Oct 28 drop

In the week ending on October 28, the inventory of China’s five major steel products was about 10.02 million tons, decreasing by 3.09% from the previous week.

Among them, the social inventory of rebar (about 4.19 million tons), wire rods (about 910,000 tons), hot-rolled products (about 2.47 million tons), cold-rolled products (about 1.27 million tons), and medium-thick plates (about 1.18 million tons) decreased by 3.42%, 6.19%, 3.2%, 1.25% and 1.1% week on week, respectively.
