China's stainless steel output increases in Jul

In July 2024, the crude steel output of China's large-scale stainless steel enterprises was 3.46 million tons, an increase of 3.2% month-on-month and 5.3% year-on-year.

The details of the stainless steel output of each series were as follows:

200 series output was 1.06 million tons, a decrease of 0.7% month-on-month and 2.4% year-on-year. 300 series output was 1.69 million tons, an increase of 2.6% month-on-month and a decrease of 1.2% year-on-year. 400 series output was 712,100 tons, an increase of 11.3% month-on-month and 45% year-on-year.
