China's demand for steel products might move in an upward trend because of infrastructure projects going to start in March-April, entering the peak season.

Chinese steel demand was expected to decline from May to August during the traditional off-season. September is a relatively big opportunity for Chinese steel mills. The entire real estate demand will rise, and a new recovery cycle will start.

Chinese steel production will be still limited in the future, and it was estimated that the steel supply will not be very much in the short term. Currently, China's steel demand is oversupplied in the short term, and inventory will gradually enter a downward trend.
