China’s unwrought unalloyed aluminum imports soar in Oct

According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, China imported around 111,500 tons of unwrought unalloyed aluminum which contains less than 99.95% of aluminum in October, soaring by 2421.5% compared to the same month a year ago while dropping by 35% from the previous month. Russia was the main supplier during the period.

As for exports, the volume reached approximately 203.7 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 96% and a month-on-month increase of 304.7%, mainly exporting to Bangladesh.
