China’s Yongjin reported during its Q3 2025 earnings briefing that its overall capacity utilization has exceeded 95%, supported by several newly launched projects. The company said this places it among the industry’s top performers.

Yongjin has been expanding rapidly in Southeast Asia, with two Vietnam plants already in operation and a Thailand project under construction.

However, recent trade actions, including Thailand’s anti-dumping duties on Vietnamese cold-rolled stainless steel and Taiwan’s upcoming investigation on Vietnamese imports, may create short-term impacts on its Vietnam capacity.
