Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), a premium aluminum producer based in the UAE, has agreed to increase its CelestiAL solar aluminum supply to Brembo, a leading braking solutions specialist. This expands an existing partnership that began in 2019.

CelestiAL aluminum is produced in the UAE using solar power, substantially reducing associated emissions. EGA was the first company globally to commercially produce aluminum using solar power.

Abdulnasser Bin Kalban, EGA's CEO, expressed enthusiasm for continuing the successful partnership, emphasizing EGA's commitment to low-carbon metals.

Beatrice Sarti, Brembo's Chief Purchasing Officer, said the agreement helps reduce emissions by nearly 50% for the same volume of aluminum, reinforcing their goals of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
