Alborz Pasargad Aluminum Company has made a significant leap forward in enhancing the durability and performance of aluminium profiles by introducing two cutting-edge nanostructured coating technologies. Certified at the nanoscale level, these innovations include a nanostructured anodised coating that boosts corrosion resistance and allows for high-precision printing with nanoscale patterns. This breakthrough marks a major advancement in functional and aesthetic aluminium surface treatments, setting a new standard for next-generation coatings in the industry.

Wear and corrosion-resistant nanostructured anodised coating

The wear- and corrosion-resistant nanostructured anodised coating is a breakthrough in surface protection, achieved through a meticulously controlled anodising process. Using a specially formulated electrolyte solution, proprietary additives, and finely tuned electrochemical parameters, the process creates a ceramic-like nanostructured layer of aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃) on the surface of aluminium profiles or sheets.

What sets this coating apart is its unique architecture and vertically aligned nanotubes that form a tightly bonded composite layer with the underlying aluminium. This integrated structure dramatically boosts resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions, delivering long-lasting performance and durability for even the most demanding applications.

This advanced technology is especially valuable for demanding applications such as exterior structures, signboards, railings, doors and windows, and equipment exposed to moisture or industrial pollutants. Thanks to its low coefficient of friction, exceptional colour fastness, and long-lasting aesthetic appeal, the nano-coating not only extends the lifespan of aluminium products but also minimises the need for frequent maintenance or replacements.
