EU decides to maintain AD measure on stainless steel seamless pipes & tubes from China

According to the final result of the second anti-dumping duty (AD) sunset review on May 30, the European Commission pointed out that revocation of the AD order on seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel originating in China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels.
Therefore, it decided to maintain the current AD measures against China’s enterprises, between 48.3% to 71.9%. The products currently fall under CN codes 7304 11 00, 7304 22 00, 7304 24 00, ex 7304 41 00, ex 7304 49 83, ex 7304 49 85, ex 7304 49 89, and ex 7304 90 00 (TARIC codes 7304410090, 7304498390, 7304498590, 7304498990 and 7304900091).
