Hindalco denies news about solar module manufacturing

Hindalco Industries Limited, an Indian aluminum manufacturer, denied the previous report about the company’s plan to produce solar modules, saying that the company has no developments of this plan, all the discussions on this topic are purely speculative, and the report is false and baseless.
It was previously reported that Hindalco had the intention to start manufacturing solar modules and build a plant in Mundra, Gujarat.
The news said the company is evaluating a five-year plan in the competitive sector, waiting for approval by the board, and finalizing the capital expenditure.
