According to the 2021 financial report of Kaiser Aluminum, a US-based aluminum producer, the company’s net sales totaled US$2.6 billion, the value-added revenue was US$1.1 billion, and the net loss was posted at US$19 million.

The changes in performance were due to supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and higher input costs.

During the period, Kaiser Aluminum completed the strategic acquisition of the Warrick Rolling Mill and again entered the North American packaging market.

Owing to the growing demand for aluminum from various industries and the benefits gained from packaging operations, Kaiser Aluminum expected that its total value-added revenue will increase by 20% to 25% year on year this year.
