Kazakhstan’s alumina & unprocessed aluminum output decrease in Oct

According to Kazakh’s official statistics, Kazakhstan’s refined copper production totaled around 32,300 tons in October this year, up by 7.5% compared to the preceding month and by 9% from the same month a year ago.

During the period, the country’s refined zinc output was roughly 20,300 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 3.2% and a year-on-year drop of 32.4%. The production of aluminum production and unprocessed aluminum totaled approximately 127,500 tons, a month-on-month reduction of 3.2%.

In the first ten months of this year, Kazakhstan’s refined copper production amounted to 381,100 tons, a year-on-year increase of 21.3%. The refined zinc production was 228,900 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 8%.
