Mexico maintains AD measure on China’s aluminum cookware

On March 31, 2023, Mexico made the final determination of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on aluminum cookware originating in China, deciding to maintain the AD measure determined on October 13, 2016.

The AD measure will be extended by another five years, valid from October 14, 2021.

The products involved are under tariff code 7615.10.02 of the TIGIE.

The first AD sunset review investigation was launched on October 5, 2021, following an application submitted by the Mexican company Vasconia Brands, S.A. de C.V.
