Norsk Hydro's primary aluminum output increased much in Q2

Norsk Hydro, output totaled around 2.66 million tons in the second quarter of this year, hiking by 14% compared to the same period a year ago. The output of alumina had a year-on-year increase of 10% to roughly 1.59 million tons, and that of primary aluminum was up by 10% year on year to around 560,000 tons.
In the first half of this year, Norsk Hydro's bauxite output was around 5.47 million tons, up by 11% from the same period a year earlier. The output of alumina was around 3.13 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 5%; the output of primary aluminum was 1.1 million tons, a year-on-year hike of 6.1%.
