After the hit by a typhoon in early September, Posco is currently overhauling its equipment. Some of the equipment has resumed production, and some of the production has been transferred to its other plant. It was expected that Posco will resume full production in December.

According to Posco, most of its product inventory is about 2-3 months and the inventory of its stainless steel products is about 5 months. The supply of stainless steel products was expected to be sufficient.

If necessary, Posco plans might use overseas production subsidiaries to support its domestic supply.
