Russia’s stainless steel imports hike in Mar

According to statistics released by the Russian Special Steel and Alloys Consumers and Suppliers Association (SpetsStal Association), Russia’s stainless steel imports totaled around 37,800 tons in March, which hiked by 14.8% compared to the previous month.

The import value of Russia’s stainless steel imports in March reached roughly US$86.8 million, climbing by 14% month on month.

Among them, China was the largest supplier, accounting for 43.3% of Russia’s total imports in March. India ranked second with a proportion of 12.5% and Indonesia ranked third with 12.4%, followed by Taiwan’s 7% and South Korea’s 4.8%.
