Shandong Tengda Fasten Tech Co., Ltd. will redirect around CNY 166.9 million to establish a new stainless steel fastener facility in Vietnam through its wholly-owned subsidiary. This site is planned to have an annual output of 18,000 tons, replacing a previous expansion project deemed less efficient under current market conditions.

To execute this, the company will funnel the capital through its subsidiary, Ningbo Yaopu Trading, to increase the capital of Công Ty TNHH Vật Liệu Mới Yepp Việt Nam. The construction period for this new production base is scheduled for two years.

The company originally planned to expand domestic lines for drill-tail and flat washers, but global economic changes suppressed demand for those specific items.

By the end of 2025, the company spent about CNY 21.5 million on nuclear power fastener production equipment. Transferring the remaining funds to the Vietnam subsidiary improves capital efficiency and meets the company’s global development goals.
