SMM A00 aluminium ingot price dips by RMB40/t; Alumina price stands at RMB5725

On Friday, November 29, the A00 aluminium ingot price has descended by RMB 40 per tonne to clock at RMB 20,360 per tonne, with the spot contract price expected to be traded at a premium price of RMB 0 to RMB 40 per tonne. The average prices are expected to stand between RMB 20,340 per tonne and RMB 20,380 per tonne.
According to the Shanghai Metals Market (SMM) price analysis, the prices in Shenyang and Tianjin have dropped by RMB 50 per tonne and RMB 30 per tonne to clock at RMB 20,390 per tonne and RMB 20,380 per tonne.  In Hangzhou, the price has also gone down by RMB 30 per tonne and settled at RMB 20,400 per tonne. In Gongyi, Foshan, and Linyi, the prices have moved down by RMB 10 per tonne to dock at RMB 20,260 per tonne and RMB 20,330 per tonne. Only in Wuxi, the price has remained unchanged at RMB 20,380 per tonne.

On the other hand, the average alumina spot price added RMB 6 per tonne to settle at RMB 5,725 per tonne. As per the data, the prices in Henan and Shanxi have grown by RMB 10 per tonne to clock at RMB 5,725 and RMB 5,800 per tonne.

The domestic price of low carbon aluminium has fallen by RMB 16 per tonne to settle at RMB 21,394 per tonne. On the same day, the high-purity aluminium (99.99%) and high-purity aluminium (99.996%) remained unchanged at RMB 27,500 per tonne and RMB 28,500 per tonne.

As per the SMM data, the price of aluminium alloy (A356) has dipped by RMB 50 per tonne to clock at RMB 20,800 per tonne with the average prices expected to stand between RMB 20,600 per tonne and RMB 21,000 per tonne. For (ADC12) and (A380) the prices have remained unchanged at RMB 20,800 per tonne and RMB 21,800 per tonne.
