South Korea makes preliminary AD ruling on aluminum hydroxide from China, Australia

On July 21, 2022, the Korea Trade Commission (KTC) made an affirmative preliminary anti-dumping (AD) ruling on aluminum hydroxide originating in China and Australia, recommending the Ministry of Economy and Finance impose an interim AD duty on products under HS code 2818.30.9000.

The duty rate for China was set in a range from 14.27% to 21.05%, and that for Australia was at 37.96%.

This AD investigation was launched on February 28, 2022, based on an application filed by a domestic enterprise 케이씨 주식회사 on January 19, 2022.
