Stainless steel price stimulated by Russia’s export tariff policy

According to the market news, the Russian government was planned to levy export tariffs on domestic steel from this August, which would restrict the market supply, stimulated the market price to increase.

Moreover, the factor stimulating the price increasing was not only about that, but the strong nickel price also further pushed the stainless steel price to continue high, and the market participants believed the latest price for July might be increased.
