Taiwanese Yeou Yih’s revenue drops in Jul

Yeou Yih Steel Co., Ltd., a main hot-rolled stainless steel plate manufacturer in Taiwan, reported its revenue of around NT$143.8 million in July, plummeting by 28.72% compared to the same month a year ago, also dropping by 8.5% from the previous month, hitting a new monthly low this year.

In the first seven months of this year, Yeou Yih’s cumulative revenue totaled roughly NT$1.31 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 2.27%.

In the first quarter of this year, Yeou Yih had a net loss after tax of NT$50.05 million after tax and a net loss of NT$0.15 per share, compared to a net income in the same period last year.
