China Steel Corporation (CSC), the largest carbon steel manufacturer in Taiwan, announced its prices for December.

Among them, the price of hot-rolled coils applicable to rolling materials and API was hiked by NT$300/ton, and that for other major products such as hot-rolled steel plates/ coils, cold-rolled steel coils, and coated steel was all kept unchanged.

CSC said that the global steel market, including the end market in Europe and America, has a clear outlook, which will boost steel exports in Asia, and the rising steel prices in the European and American markets were expected to bring recovery in Asia.
