Tata Steel's crude steel production grows in Q3 FY23

Tata Steel, one of the leading steel manufacturers in India, reached 5 million tons in crude steel production in the third quarter (October-December) of the fiscal year 2023, up by 4% quarter on quarter and year on year, respectively.

During the period, the delivery grew by 7% year on year to 4.73 million tons, mainly driven by an 11% increase in domestic deliveries.

During the period, Tata Steel Europe’s steel delivery amounted to 1.96 million tons, up by 5% from the previous quarter but rising year on year, and the production decreased quarter on quarter and year on year.
